2018 (Track & Field)
Competed in the heptathlon for the Regals...was the only member of the CLU Track and Field team to qualify for nationals in Lacrosse, Wis., where she placed 20th in the nation for the heptathlon with a score of 4010...her top performance in the heptathlon was at the Redlands Final Qualifier where she took first place and scored 4475...her performance at Redlands also placed her second all-time in the CLU record books...in addition to her performances as a heptathlete, Rouse also competed in the 4x100m relay, the 4x400m relay, and the 4x800m relay...Rouse also rose in the CLU record books with her 5.40m long jump, moving her to 6th place all-time, in addition to her rise to 6th place in high jump all-time (1.60m), and her rise to 6th place in the all-time list with the 100m hurdles (15.52)...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time.
2017 (Track & Field)
Earned a team-best of 1.59m in the high jump…placed 3rd in high jump (1.59m) at Redlands Final Qualifier…scored a personal best of 3745 in the heptathlon at Harry Marra Combined Events, placing 8th overall (5th in high jump, 9th in the 800m)…placed 3rd in high jump (1.52m) at SCIAC Championships...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.
2016 (Track & Field)
Earned All-SCIAC honors after clearing 1.52m and tying for third place in the High Jump at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30)…also qualified for the 100m Hurdles final and placed eighth overall with a time of 17.27…finished 13th overall in the Long Jump with a distance of 4.87m…season-best time in the 100m Hurdles came at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2 (Apr. 2) in 16.27…set a season-best mark of 5.35m in the Long Jump at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3 (Apr. 16)…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.
Played in one game as a freshman for the Regals…made CLU debut in the season-opener against UC Santa Cruz (Sept. 1).

Graduated from Moorpark HS in 2015…played four years of soccer and track, as well as three years of cross country for the Musketeers…earned Second Team All-League in soccer…was varsity track captain and earned all-league honors all four years…was track MVP her junior and senior year…soccer team won league her junior year…track team won league her senior year.
