Inclement Weather Postpones Events

Being a collegiate student-athlete is a challenging task and in the grand scheme of things not many can say they were. Being a two-sport athlete is even trickier, but at Cal Lutheran, junior Lauren Chrislu serves as the only three-sport athlete for the Kingsmen or Regals as she competes in the Violet and Gold from August to May without a break and continues to excel in the classroom and other areas of the CLU community.

The second SCIAC Multi-Dual meet of the season was hosted by Cal Lutheran at Pomona-Pitzer where numerous season and personal best marks were met by the Regals who split with Caltech and Occidental, defeating the Beavers 136.5-8.5 and falling to the Tigers 95-67.

Cal Lutheran to Participate in Fifth Annual Division III Week

During the week of April 4-10, all members will host Division III Week, aimed at celebrating what those schools have to offer student-athletes in the classroom, in the field of play and in the community during the 42nd year of the NCAA.

In the first Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Multi-Dual meet of the season, the Cal Lutheran women’s track and field team fell to Redlands, 90-73, while defeating Whittier by a wide 114-43 margin at Strehle Track on Saturday.

In the third meet of the season for the Cal Lutheran women’s track and field team, the Regals turned in many strong performances against tough competition at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet at Strehle Track.
