As announced in late July by the USTFCCCA, a pair of Cal Lutheran men’s track and field members earned All-Academic accolades for joint accomplishments in the classroom and competition field during the 2013-14 academic year.
The Cal Lutheran men’s track & field team had 10 of its student-athletes honored by the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) for their efforts in the classroom on Thursday. Garrett Baker, Michael Bassette, Ian Broderick, Conor Finfrock, Erik Fruth, Matthew Garvin, Shawn Jackson, Dan Miller, Andrew Olson and William Zimmerle were all named to the SCIAC Men’s Track & Field All-Academic team.

After a fourth place finish at the conference championships, 14 Cal Lutheran men’s track & field athletes were named All-Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced by the league office last week.
Announced on Sunday by the NCAA Track and Field Committee Cal Lutheran senior Bjorn McMillan earned a selection to the 2014 Outdoor Men’s Track and Field Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan in Delaware, Ohio from May 22-24.
