half cushion was the major difference in a 72-56 victory over Caltech on
Wednesday night. Cal Lutheran made 7-of-10 three pointers to start the game and
knocked down 14-of-17 free throws in all to keep its postseason hopes intact.

Redlands, Cal Lutheran continued
their winning ways over the Bulldogs with its 72-64 victory Saturday night at Gilbert Arena.
Leading at the break on the road
Wednesday night, the Kingsmen basketball team managed only 12 second half
points in dropping a 57-47 conference contest to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. CMS
erased a lengthy deficit after a 22-2 second half scoring run put the game out
of reach.
