David Richardson '98

Years at Cal Lutheran: 1995-1998

David Richardson was a star on the California Lutheran University golf team from 1995 through 1998. He produced a four-year stroke average of 79.60 and helped the Kingsmen win four consecutive SCIAC Championships.

As a senior in 1998, he was named SCIAC Most Valuable Player after being named All-SCIAC First Team in 1997 and Second Team as a freshman and sophomore. During his career, he competed in two NCAA Division III National Championships (1996, 1997). Richardson played in every match during his four seasons as a student, compiling a dual match record of 26 wins and two losses.

At the time of his induction, he held the SCIAC course record at Annandale Golf Club with an even par 70.
