CLU Partners with PrestoSports

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – With the new year upon us and new branding for the department of athletics, Cal Lutheran has launched a sleek, new-look website powered by PrestoSports effective Aug. 17, 2017.

The Kingsmen and Regals last enjoyed a website redesign in 2011 and with numerous technological advancements since that time, the university opted to partner with PrestoSports, a company aimed at helping sports teams thrive in the digital world. With more than 930 clients at all levels across the country, ranging from recreational to professional minor league organizations, PrestoSports has become a powerhouse in website outsourcing since its inception in 2003.

The mission is to connect fans to their favorite teams by providing superior technology that delivers statistics, video, live stats and news directly to any fan anywhere. PrestoSports prides itself on the usability, stability and functionality of individual products that all work together to deliver team information in several forms, easily and reliably. PrestoSports serves more than 10 million fans each month.

Currently, about half the traffic that receives is from mobile devices and with the new integration, everything has been designed to be entirely mobile-friendly. Additionally, fans can more easily follow their teams on Social Media with our new social streams.

Cal Lutheran joins the other eight conference opponents and the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) office in the shared network.
