The senior third basemen went 3-for-4 in the first two games of the series with three doubles and went 1-for-3 with the game-winning RBI single in the series finale. CLU has won 14 in a row.

Morgan Snyder

Track & Field

Morgan Snyder displayed her versatility for the Regals track and field team over the weekend at the 31st Annual Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. The freshman from Woodland Hills, Calif. led the Violet and Gold in the Shot Put (9.99m) and Javelin (29.73m) while setting the third best mark in CLU history in the Triple Jump with a leap of 11.02m.

Christin Hirn

Water Polo

In her first season of collegiate water polo, Christin Hirn continues to produce in the pool for the Regals. On Saturday she went 4-for-4 shooting to nearly outscore Chapman single handedly in a 10-5 SCIAC victory while providing an assist as well. On Wednesday, in a tough double overtime loss to Pomona-Pitzer, the attacker supplied two goals as the only CLU player with a multi-goal game in a low-scoring, defensive battle. Additionally, she drew an ejection for the Violet and Gold against the Sagehens. This season she is leading Cal Lutheran in SCIAC scoring with a dozen goals and is fourth on the team overall.
