Jenna Gimbel

Jenna Gimbel had a career and school record performance on day one of the Embry-Riddle Invitational on Sunday in Prescott, Ariz. The junior transfer shot the first hole-in-one in school history and added a double eagle to her tally as she matched her personal best score of 75 (+3) to lead the Regals to their best round (307) in program history. Gimbel sits at eight-over par after 36 holes after shooting a second round 77 on Sunday.

Jack Duncan

Jack Duncan was instrumental in the Kingsmen going 2-0 this week to remain atop the SCIAC standings and now shares a national lead for save percentage (.947) among Division III goalkeepers nationally. The sophomore keeper worked 119:57 minutes this week, tallying 15 total saves, including 10 in a 2-1 double-overtime thriller over La Verne. Against LV, he came up with two huge stops in the first half before making a diving, game-saving block in the 98th minute and an extraordinary save in the second OT that allowed CLU another opportunity, which they took advantage of when Kyle Fleming scored with three seconds remaining in 2OT. On Saturday, Duncan turned away all five Beavers shots to post his fifth shutout of the season. He has been a rock in front of the cage and on the week produced a .938 save percentage. His .237 goals against average this fall is third in the country.
