Dejan Novakovic

Men's Water Polo

Dejan Novakovic scored 10 goals in four games this weekend for the Kingsmen as they went 2-2 at the UC Davis Aggie Shootout. The senior netted five of those against Top-20 Division I teams. In a close game with Santa Clara he scored once and followed up with a four-goal performance against University of the Pacific. On Sunday he scored a hat-trick against Redlands and added a pair in a 2OT victory over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Novakovic added at least one steal in each of the four games. CLU split on the weekend.


Lauren Rohach

Volleyball

Lauren Rohach led No. 8 CLU to a 3-0 week in SCIAC action with an incredible 41 kills, a .398 hitting percentage and 12 blocks. The 5-foot-9 junior finished off the week with the best collegiate match of her career against Occidental Saturday night. She had a personal best 19 kills with just a single error to hit at a .581 clip in the four-set victory. Additionally, she tallied two digs, two assists and three block assists. On Friday evening the junior posted a 12-kill, six-block performance, with one solo and five block assists, against Pomona-Pitzer. Rohach added a trio of digs and a pair of assists. The middle blocker started the week off with 10 kills against La Verne as she hit .400 in the five-set match. She posted two solo blocks and a block assist as well. The Regals are undefeated in league play.
