Jayvaughn Nettles

Men's Basketball

The junior guard knocked down 7-of-16 three-point attempts and averaged 13 points in two contests this past week. He played 73 of a possible 80 minutes to lead all players.

Nettles poured in four triples during Cal Lutheran's 72-60 home victory over Pacifica on Wednesday, Dec. 7. He collected three assists, two rebounds and a block while playing all 40 minutes against the Gladiators.

Nettles added 11 points, five boards, three assists, two steals and a block in a 58-54 road loss to Chapman on Saturday, Dec. 10. He has knocked down three more of his team-leading 15 triples this season against the Panthers.

Jenna Snyder

Women's Swimming

Jenna Snyder won two individual events and anchored the winning 400-yard free relay team during day one of the Finis Collegiate Invite on Friday, Dec. 9.

Snyder used a strong finish to come from behind to win the 200 back (2:16.71) and later took the 200 fly (2:25.04). She closed out the day by teaming up with Brooke Dacus, Brooke Hubbard and Mimi Harbach to win the 4x100 free relay.
